In this presentation, we will discuss North Carolina’s Remote Electronic Notary Act (RENA) and compare it with other state’s RON statutes. We will also discuss the RENA closing process and ways it will benefit your clients and practice. Finally, we will discuss what Chicago Title will be requiring of attorneys conducting electronic closings pursuant to RENA.​
